Our friends Sofi Tukker are a pretty big deal, so we were thrilled when they asked us to create not one, but two OutSnapped Photo Experiences for the release party weekend in celebration of their debut album, Treehouse.
Along with Sof + Tukk, Ultra Records & Spotify, OutSnapped designed the a green screen experience that let fans recreate the TreeHouse album cover, complete with a tropical themed custom overlay to complete the look.
Here are some facts, stats, and highlights about the weekend:
An estimated 1K+ fans engaged in creating 339 tastefully branded photos/boomerangs/GIFs during two back to back hometown shows in Brooklyn, NYC.
At the time of the event 25%+ of total assets shared under #TreehouseWorldTour were generated by OutSnapped
Even weeks later, 60% of Top Posts on Instagram #TreehouseWorldTour hashtags remain generated by OutSnapped.
PRO TIP: To encourage sharing, OutSnapped worked with Sofi Tukker to create an enticing call to action. One lucky guest was awarded a Treehouse World Tour Merch Pack, just for sharing and tagging!
CARE TO DIVE DEEPER INTO THE NUMBERS?
During the combined 8 hour activation, 339 OutSnapped sessions yielded a total share count of 519. Of these, 25+ were shared and tagged publically on Instagram which resulted in 6,189 Likes, 3,080 Instagram plays, 122 Instagram comments, and more than 97k projected social media reach. (NOTE: The above statistics exclude the recorded additional 87 assets downloaded with intent to share but not publically tagged with the event hashtag.)
OutSnapped estimated nearly a 100% open rate of the campaign’s photo delivery emails which contained a custom note from Soph and Tucker to their fans.
