1. MagBooth vs FutureFoto—which should I choose?

MagBooth if you want the enclosed curtain experience, physical prints included, and a fully branded exterior. FutureFoto if you need a compact open-air setup with faster throughput for high-traffic events. Both support AI transformations and lead capture.

2. How many people can fit inside MagBooth at once?

Comfortably 2-4 people. The enclosed space works great for couples, small groups, or solo shots. Larger groups can do multiple sessions.

3. Can we skip the physical prints and go digital-only?

Yes, but most clients choose MagBooth specifically for the physical strips. If you only need digital, FutureFoto might be a better fit since it's designed for higher throughput without printing delays.

4. What happens if the printer runs out during the event?

We monitor print levels throughout your event and bring backup supplies. Our attendant swaps paper/ink between sessions so there's no downtime for guests.

5. Can guests preview or retake their photos before printing?

Yes. Guests review photos on the touchscreen and can retake if they're not happy. Once approved, the strip prints immediately.

6. How long does it take to wrap the exterior booth?

Custom exterior wrapping adds 1-2 hours to setup time. We handle this before your event starts. The wrap is removable and doesn't damage the booth.

7. Can MagBooth work outdoors?

Yes, as long as it's under cover (tent, canopy, or overhang). The booth needs protection from direct rain and wind, and access to power.

8. Do the photo strips fade over time?

No. We use dye-sublimation printing—the same technology used for professional photo labs. Colors stay vibrant for years, not months.
