Perrier × Brooklyn Museum: 4,724 Guest Moments Beyond the Logo
4,724 sessions | 3,180 views | Multi-format photo, GIF + video engagement
Perrier was already showing up at Brooklyn Museum as a major partner. The opportunity was to make that sponsorship something guests could actually participate in.
Through branded photo experiences integrated into the museum's public programming, Perrier became part of the night, not just a logo around it. Brooklyn Museum confirms that Perrier sponsored several First Saturdays in 2022, where its presence included photo booths alongside cocktails and complimentary sparkling water.

Guests turned the sponsorship into their own content through branded photos, GIFs, and videos created during the Brooklyn Museum experience.
The Challenge
Sponsoring a cultural event is one thing. Getting people to actually interact with the sponsor is another.
The experience needed to give Perrier visibility while still feeling natural inside Brooklyn Museum programming, something social and easy to join without competing with the reason guests were there in the first place.
The Experience
OutSnapped supported a branded photo booth experience that gave museum guests a simple way to step into the activation and create their own content.
Rather than treating the booth as a one-off rental, the experience was actively supported over time. OutSnapped coordinated with Brooklyn Museum teams, made remote creative updates, monitored the technology, troubleshot connectivity issues, and provided on-site support when needed.
The result was a branded guest experience designed to live comfortably inside the larger museum program while giving Perrier another way to connect with the audience.

The experience worked because it gave guests something to do with the sponsorship while fitting naturally into Brooklyn Museum's cultural programming.
Why It Worked
It turned sponsorship into participation.
Perrier wasn't limited to signage or product placement. The photo experience gave guests something to actually do with the brand.
It fit the setting.
A museum audience doesn't need another hard sell. The experience added a social, visual moment to the night while fitting into the surrounding cultural programming. Brooklyn Museum describes its corporate partnerships as opportunities for brands to connect with its large, young, diverse, and highly engaged audience.
It made the venue part of the content.
A photo booth can do more than promote the event sponsor. When the creative reflects the venue, architecture, or setting, every guest photo becomes a way to showcase where the experience happened, giving museums, event venues, hotels, and cultural spaces more branded content that travels beyond the room.
It gave the sponsorship a life beyond the room.
The activation generated photo, GIF, and video views, extending engagement beyond the initial interaction.
It was supported like a live experience.
Creative could be updated remotely, technical issues could be diagnosed as they happened, and on-site support was available when remote fixes weren't enough. That mattered for an experience operating inside ongoing public programming.
The Results
The activation generated:
- 4,724 total sessions
- 3,180 total views
- 1,529 photo views
- 831 GIF views
- 820 video views
More importantly, the photo experience gave Perrier a participatory layer within its broader Brooklyn Museum partnership, turning sponsor visibility into thousands of individual guest interactions.

A branded photo experience backed by custom creative, remote updates, technical monitoring, and on-site operational support.
