Finalize Reservation

14 or more business days prior to your photo booth start date (remember this may be different than your event start date).
10+ Business Days

Submit Your Design Assets

7 business days prior to your photo booth start date (remember this may be different than your event start date).
7 Business Days

Receive Working Draft for Review

5 business days prior to photo booth start date. If applicable, embed and/or QR codes will be delivered at this time as well.
5 Business Days

Approve Your Virtual Booth

2 business days prior to start date.
2 Business Days

Live Links and QR Codes Delivered

Within 24 hours of your approval.
1 Business Days

Need Your Working Draft Sooner?

Provide your account rep with the date you need your initial proof by and submit your assets a minimum of 7 business days prior to that. Drafts can be built up to 6 weeks prior to your start date at no additional cost.
