Position Overview:

The purpose of this role is to work directly with OutSnapped’s dynamic Sales Team to support and enhance how we operate. As the backbone of our sales force, you’ll orchestrate the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our events and projects running smoothly. Your role will be responsible for ensuring every detail of our daily, weekly, monthly and project-based tasks is buttoned up, adeptly handling pre-meeting preparations, managing meticulous follow-ups, maintaining sales databases, and ensuring seamless communication across the team. In essence, you’re our sales team’s secret weapon, helping us amplify our message, increase awareness, build relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role):

  • Conduct pre-meeting research and prepare materials, setting the stage for successful sales presentations (including compiling pre-meeting notes + decks) and demos, ensuring they are prepared and distributed at least one hour before each sales call or demo.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings using our standard templates.
  • Setting up and managing follow-up communications meticulously, keeping our sales team engaged and informed throughout the sales process.
  • Generate, run, and submit detailed sales reports on payments received, outstanding invoices, and other critical sales data.
  • Take pride in maintaining and updating sales and client databases with the utmost accuracy.
  • Schedule and manage complex calendars for the sales team, keeping track of all key dates and commitments.
  • Execute additional sales support tasks (such as invoice preparation, proposal drafting, and sales deck creation from templates) and projects assigned.
  • Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence, ensuring our brand's voice remains engaging and professional.
  • Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly and project based tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements (and expected proficiencies to excel in this role):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent transferable experiences.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides,etc).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM required and familiarity with Pixifi is considered a plus.

Location:

Salary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and oversee the day-to-day execution of event and production logistics.
  • Continuously improve studio productivity and processes, and keep procedures up-to-date and well-documented, ensuring they are communicated proactively to full-time staff, contractors and a wider audience of key stakeholders throughout the company.

In addition to 500+ in person events a year, since Spring 2020, OutSnapped has pivoted to meet the needs of virtual events around the country, bringing a fun and interactive element back to online events with its virtual photo booth platform, now servicing clients like HBO, Netflix, and LinkedIn.
The Role:

The Sales Manager is a client-facing role, responsible for converting warm inbound and outbound leads into customers through in-person meetings, product demos, proposals, and follow-ups that cater to the leads' needs.

This includes but is not limited to promoting in-person meetings, email, phone, networking events, and other sales opportunities. In addition, the Sales Manager is expected to attend and participate in OutSnapped events to better understand OutSnapped products and services.

The Sales Manager is expected to be a self-starter who actively opens doors and brings NEW business, comes up with strategies, implements them, and continuously modifies them until close rates are above industry standards.

The role works with the Founder/Creative Director to close new business and nurture clients and prospects. You will be achieving sales goals by assessing current client and prospects' needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.

Specific duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

   Sales:

  • Knowledge of the OutSnapped product inside and out and conduct demos that (1) position the value of the software/services/products and (2) tie leads pain points to OutSnapped’s solutions
  • Educate and guide prospects to help them learn how OutSnapped can help them achieve their event engagement goals
  • Manage an inbox of inbound leads from the OutSnapped general inbox
  • Send follow-up emails from inbound leads to secure booking demos in your calendar 
  • Determine top leads and work with the development team to create custom booths for demos
  • Follow up with prospects after demos with a proposal that fits their event needs and budget 
  • Assist with research on prospects for outbound sales campaigns
  • Assist with research on current clients or old accounts with the goal of reactivating dormant accounts
